These Terms of Service govern your use of ProDoc AI, operated by TaskOrb. By using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The Service

ProDoc AI is an AI-assisted document drafting tool. It produces professional draft documents based on your inputs. All documents are drafts intended to support your own review and editing process. ProDoc AI does not provide legal, financial, tax, employment, or any other professional advice. Documents produced by the service should be reviewed by a qualified professional before use in any formal, legal, or binding context.

2. Account and Email Verification

To use the service you must verify your email address via a one-time passcode. Your email is used only for account identification and credit management. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. Credits and Billing

Each document generation consumes one credit from your account balance.
New users receive 3 free credits upon email verification.
Additional credits are purchased in packs via Stripe (web) or Apple / Google in-app purchase (mobile).
Credits are deducted at the start of a generation. If a generation fails due to a technical error on our side, your credit will be reinstated — contact us at info@TaskOrb.com with the session details.
Credits do not expire while your account remains active.
Credit balances are non-transferable.

4. Refunds and Billing Support

Credits are digital goods consumed immediately on use. We do not offer refunds for credits that have been used to generate documents.

If you were charged but credits were not added to your account, or if you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at info@TaskOrb.com within 14 days of the charge. We will investigate and, where the error was ours, issue a refund or credit reinstatement promptly.

For App Store purchases, refund requests must be made through Apple. For Google Play purchases, through Google. We cannot issue refunds for purchases made through those platforms directly.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ProDoc AI to:

Generate documents intended to deceive, defraud, or harm others
Produce content that is unlawful, discriminatory, or violates the rights of others
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
Circumvent credit limits or access controls

TaskOrb reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

Documents you generate using ProDoc AI are yours. You own the output. TaskOrb claims no ownership over the content of documents you produce.

The ProDoc AI platform, software, and underlying models remain the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce or distribute the platform itself.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

ProDoc AI is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. TaskOrb does not warrant that documents produced are accurate, complete, legally valid, or fit for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TaskOrb's liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the 30 days preceding the claim.

TaskOrb is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of business, loss of contracts, or reliance on AI-generated document content.

8. Privacy

Your use of ProDoc AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms

TaskOrb may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the service after a material change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
